Webhooks
Receive HTTP notifications when events happen on Bit Cloud. Webhooks let you integrate with external services like Slack, Discord, CI systems, and custom automation.
How it works

Register a webhookProvide a URL, select an event, and optionally configure a payload template.

Event firesWhen the event occurs, Bit Cloud sends a POST request to your URL with the event payload.

Verify and processValidate the HMAC SHA-256 signature in the
X-Bit-Signature header, then process the payload.Scope vs organization
Webhooks can be configured at two levels:
Scope webhooksTriggered by events within a specific scope — exports, change requests, and membership changes.
Organization webhooksTriggered by events across the entire organization — CI jobs, scope lifecycle, and org membership.

Webhooks are available on Team plans and above.
